The other game in the Peter Bentley Challenge Cup saw Peacehaven and Telscombe travel to "Hill Park" to play Saltdean United who they completely dominated. It took a little while for Peacehaven and Telscombe to score the first goal but then they scored regularly. Max Hollobone scored first with a fine strike into the goal to give the visitors the lead at half time. Straight from the re-start, Curt Ford added a second goal by sliding the ball under the goalkeeper into the goal. Minutes later Max Hollobone scored his second goal by firing the ball into the goal from just inside the "Tigers" penalty box. Cameron Wiltshire got onto the scoresheet with a goal by sending a defender the wrong way and then shooting into the top corner of the goal. Youngster Billy Oliver then scored his first senior goal by collecting a drive across the goal by Robin Deen to strike right footed into the goal. After a free kick was not cleared by the defenders, Jacper Ziolkowski collected the ball to slide it into the goal to complete the scoring and give the visitors a 6-0 away win and a home game against Eastbourne United in the quarter-final.
