Littlehampton Town were stunned when Chichester City went not one but two goals ahead in what seemed straight from the kick-off. A cross from Tyrone Madhani found Joshua Clack who slotted the ball into the bottom corner of the goal. Just a few minutes later a cross from Ben Mendoza found the head of Ryan Davidson to double the lead. The "Golds" settled down and produced several good chances, one of which found Lewis Jenkins who headed the ball into the goal to halve the lead at half time.
