Peacehaven and Telscombe were playing division leaders Crawley Down Gatwick at the "Sports Park" and gained a notable home victory. The first half was goalless but there were chances for both teams but the final touch was missing. In the second half, Henry Blackmore put the home side ahead when he collected a deep cross from Max Hollobone which he headed into the goal at the back post. Well into time added on, Jack Pettett scored by racing through the "Anvils" defence and chipping the ball over the advancing goalkeeper into the goal. This goal secured a 2-0 home win for Peacehaven and Telscombe and a two place movement up the division. Crawley Down Gatwick moved down from top spot to fifth in the division two points behind the leaders, after this defeat and prop-up a group of five clubs playing for the top spot..
