The other semi-final game is Newport Pagnell Town at home to Hamworthy United.
On the Tuesday of Week 34, as Clubs entered the last quarter of the season, there was only one game arranged to be played in the Premier Division of the Southern Combination Football League. Crawley Down Gatwick played Littlehampton Town at "The Haven Centre" who were full of confidence after their win in the F.A. Vase.
Peter Bentley Challenge Cup
One re-arranged 3rd round game in the Southern Combination Football League. The Peter Bentley Challenge Cup had Godalming Town travelling down to play Pagham at "Nyetimber Lane". The winners will travel to the "Middle Road Stadium" to play Division One Shoreham on Tuesday 22nd March.
R.U.R. Charity Cup
There were three re-arranged cup matches involving four teams in the quarter-final round of the Sx.C.F.A. R.U.R. Charity Cup Competition. Division One Seaford Town welcomed Hassocks to "The Crouch", Eastbourne Town travelled to play fellow seasiders Newhaven at "The Trafalgar Ground" and Saltdean United had a home game against Selsey at "Hill Park".
Crawley Down Gatwick V Littlehampton Town
Crawley Down Gatwick had a very difficult task to avenge the early season defeat when they played Littlehampton Town at "The Sportsfield" but they did not get a chance as the game was postponed due to the failure of the generator powering the floodlights.
Pagham V Godalming Town (15th March)

Newhaven V Eastbourne Town (15th March)
In their two meetings earlier in the season, both teams have had one win each so in the only all Premier Division game at "Trafalgar Road" the result could go either way. Newhaven are now on a roll of being unbeaten for twelve matches whilst Eastbourne Town seem to be stuttering from game to game after getting three wins in a row. Newhaven took an early lead scored by Lee Robinson when he broke through the Eastbourne Town defence and hammered a left footed shot into the top corner of the goal. In the second half the "Dockers" had to endure a workmanlike performance from Eastbourne Town but Newhaven gained a 1-0 nervy victory and moved into the quarter-final.

Saltdean United V Selsey (15th March)
Current Premier Division Leaders Saltdean United have never previously played mid table Division One Selsey so the home side now on a six win run must hope for a win but Cup matches can always spring surprises. What a surprise Saltdean Utd got as they were losing 3-0 at halftime. Dillon North scored in the first few minutes when he coolly slotted home a pass from Ollie Clark. A little while later Dillon North smashed home his second from close range and then later Dillon North completed his hattrick after putting away a cross from Brindep Phagora. A shocked Saltdean Utd came out for the second half with a mountain to climb but nothing happened despite terrific attacking and courageous defending until the last minutes of the second half. Nathan Cooper scored first followed by Marcus Allen and in added time Kieron Pamment levelled the score to take the game into extra time. In extra time Selsey were deflated when Joseph Shelley scored the winning goal with a towering header well into the second half of extra time to give a 4-3 victory to the "Tigers". Saltdean United survived an almighty scare as it was a great performance from Selsey.

Seaford Town V Hassocks (15th March)
Seaford Town who are very near to the top of Division One had a good chance to advance to the next round of the RUR Charity Cup as they played Hassocks who are near to the relegation zone of the Premier Division. But it was not to be as Hassocks came home with a 2-0 victory. All the goal action was in the first half which started when Josh Short was fouled in the box and the penalty was converted by captain Jack Troak. At the end of the first half Jack Troak scored his second when he poked home the ball from close range. At the start of the second half a rush of blood to the head saw Bradley Tighe sent off for violent conduct. Even with the advantage of now playing against ten players, Seaford Town could not claw any goals back so the victory went to Hassocks.
