Bexhill United V Steyning Town (9th April)
Bexhill United were just about hanging onto fourth place in the Premier Division when they welcomed to the "Polegrove", Steyning Town Community who had every incentive to win to move further away from the relegation zone. With free entry at the last home game of the season a large crowd was expected but they were disappointed with no goals. Eastbourne Town V Littlehampton Town (5th April)
After the euphoria of winning a place in the Final of the FA Vase at Wembley in May, Littlehampton Town came back down to earth to play the games to win the Premier Division of the Southern Combination Football League. One immediate hurdle to overcome was the trip to the "Saffrons" to play sixth placed Eastbourne Town which was no easy task. Littlehampton Town failed to clear the hurdle of Eastbourne Town as they incurred their first defeat since January in a thoroughly enjoyable game on a superb playing surface. Eastbourne Town took the lead straight from the kick off with a goal from Louis Veneti which they took to half time. A penalty converted by Joseph Benn soon after the start of the second half brought Littlehampton Town level, but it was not until virtually the last kick of the game that substitute Festos Kamara gave Eastbourne Town a 2-1 win over the Premier Division Leaders and FA Vase Finalists. The "Golds" remain in first place in the Premier Division level on games but with a two point lead over Saltdean Utd.

East Preston V Steyning Town (5th April)
To avoid slipping into the relegation zone Steyning Town Community had to play well to overcome the already relegated East Preston. Neither club was in form at the moment with very few wins between the two teams so the result could have gone either way. East Preston were managed by their new manager Christopher Horner who had recently moved up from Littlehampton United. A new Manager was no remedy as a hard battling East Preston suffered their twenty-ninth defeat of the season playing at home to a well organised Steyning Town Community. Toby Bloomfield scored mid-way through the first half to give the "Barrowmen" the lead which was extended by Joshua Bradley just before half time.
